C4 automatic transmission spacer plate for the 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, and 1973 Ford Mustang.
This spacer plate was used on all 1968 cars with a 302 or 351 Engine and Automatic Transmissions.
Fits a 164 tooth Bellhousing only.
Note: 289 cars had a smaller 157 tooth Bellhousing.
